Privacy Policy

Visiting this web site creates a record of User's IP address, Computer Operating System, Browser and pages accessed. Registering provides the Site Administrator with the information submitted. Logging-in creates additional records about User and the data accessed. Users who access bid documents and do not opt-out of record keeping may be displayed on a plan-holders (bidders) list accessible to registered Users and buyers.

Information is stored in server logs and in a database. Basic User information is made available to other Users in business directories and plan-holders lists. Users can expect their name, company name, address, TEL and company description to be made publicly available. Basic company information submitted by Users is made available to govt. agencies and other buyers who have posted solicitations and need to know who bidders are or who are looking for potential bidders. Confidential information submitted by User is made available to specific buyers upon Users approval. Confidential & sensitive information shall not be made publicly available through this site but if provided to a govt. agency that agency may choose to make the information publicly available.

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by the web browser on a computer's hard drive. The Administrator of this site does communicate with Users through Fax, telephone & email on a regular basis. Submission of your fax number to the Administrator of this site constitutes an agreement to receive an occasional fax transmission. You may opt-out of our fax system by calling us sending us a fax, email or letter by postal mail.

The Administrator of this site obtains email addresses from customers, from public bid lists and other sources. The Administrator of this site sends emails to a wide variety of organizations and individuals during the course of business but does not spam. Submission of your email address to the Administrator of this site constitutes an agreement to receive an occasional email. You may opt-out of future emails by calling us or sending us a fax, email or letter by postal mail.

Spammers and computer hackers are very adept at breaking into email servers and also at 'spoofing' email addresses. If you receive an unwanted email from the Administrator of this site's email address it does not mean that the email was sent by the Administrator of this site.
